Warren Street is an animation which brings the magic of the nature into unexpected places. Hundreds of light painting exposures are used to create this playful and lively piece where colourful rabbits move across the space and interact with one another.
Light painting is a technique where a camera is set to take an exposure over a long time to capture pictures drawn in the air using lights.
The projection engages spectators in an everyday townscape which has been transformed with a glimpse of the natural world.
Chloe Rodham is an animator and maker based in north-east England. In her work she creates a sense of wonder and magic, using traditional and digital methods of animation to bring ideas to life.
