This off-grid outdoor cinema will rove through the streets of Blackpool to tell a story about issues that affect all of us who live near the North West coast. On The Edge of a Rising Tide has six parts over 45minutes, moving in procession from site to site. A joint commission by Light Up Kancaster and Lancashire Encounter.
Dan Fox, Director of Sound Intervention. Sound artist, musician, film-maker and installation creator based in south Cumbria, England. I have been a freelancer for 30 years and before that I grew up on-the- road with Welfare State International. I formed Sound Intervention Ltd. in 2008. The company works on diverse projects often outdoors in public spaces with a network of visual artists, makers, musicians and technicians.
